Slumdog Millionaire hits the red carpet again! The movie wins 7 Orange British Academy of Film and Television Arts Awards (BAFTA) for 2009.
Slumdog Millionaire made a clean sweep at the BAFTA Awards ceremony last night. The flick, which had 11 BAFTA nominations, won 7 out of the 11 to the surprise and joy of the film crew.

A R Rahman and Resul Pookutty have become the first Indians to win the BAFTA awards. With the Oscars just 2 weeks away, the BAFTA Awards come as a booster to the film crew, taking them a wee-bit closer to the Academy Awards.
