Preity Zinta received a black eye at the launch of the Indian Premier League's Mohali T20 cricket team on Tuesday. She’s the team owner.
"I don't know how, but in the crowded launch, an elbow hit me directly in the eye. I had to appear wearing dark glasses to conceal my black eye, throughout the event,” said Preity.
After the launch, Preity spent her evening tending her eye with ice packs.
"There will be some swelling. I was also injured at the media launch of our team. It's bound to happen in such situations."
