Juhi Chawla has continued to be part of cinema even post marriage and kids. Moving away from the chirpy characters that she once played on screen, Juhi has done films that are intelligent and gave her a lot of scope to experiment. At the same time, she has not cut herself from mainstream masala films.
In the upcoming Shahid Kapur-Vidya Balan starrer Kismat Konnection, this talented actress plays a crystal ball reader, a gypsy who predicts Shahid's future. Her role has been inspired by the psychic in Ghost (played by Whoopi Goldberg). According to director Aziz Mirza, Juhi had a great time preparing for the role. She had a ball of a time picking her clothes and jewellery. Aziz is happy that he followed his instincts and selected Juhi for the role.
