Abhi-Ash marriage is being regarded as the Bollywood wedding of the century. The newly wed couple began the journey of their new life with a visit to the Tirumala temple to seek the blessings of Lord Venkateshwara. Those who accompanied the newly wed couple included the Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Anil Ambani, and his wife Tina. Aishwarya wore a red sari with a mangal shutra in her neck and sindoor on her forehead, while Abhishek Bachchan wore a white kurta- pyjama. After their visit to the holy temple the newly wed couple has reportedly left to Venice for their honeymoon.
Before the marriage Big B along with his friends Anil Ambani and Amar Singh had visited the temple and they offered a huge sum of Rs. 50 lakhs each to the temple. Amitabh Bachchan apologized on Sunday for the attack on the photographers by the security guards on Saturday outside the Bachchan’s house Prateeksha. “I regret any inconvenience suffered by anyone. I don't want to upset anyone on this auspicious occasion,” he said.
