Suneel Darshan has left for Johannesburg for a month’s schedule to shoot his next film titled Shakalaka Boom Boom. The starcast of the film includes Bobby Deol, Upen Patel, Celina Jaitley and also Sana Panscholi, Aditya Panscholi’s daughter, who will mark her debut with this film. Shakalaka Boom Boom is based on the functioning of the music industry. It is about the conflicts, trauma and the power game in the music world.
Suneel Darshan informs that Bobby Deol will be seen in a whole new look in this film. He has got into a hot and sexy avatar for SBB. Bobby has been working on his physique and is been styled differently for this film. Shakalaka Boom Boom is a love story which is targeted for the youth and family audiences. This will be the first Hindi film to be shot at Johannesburg.
Surprisingly, music director Nadeem won’t be doing the music of the film. The Darshan brothers, Suneel and Dharmesh, have had the duo Nadeem-Shravan do the music for almost all of their films till date. However, this time, the Darshans have handed over the responsibility of making music to Himesh Reshammiya. Himesh is doing the music for Shakalaka Boom Boom and also Dharmesh Darshan’s Aap Ki Khatir. Explaining the reason for not having Nadeem, Suneel says that he is trying a change of pace right now and has changed his outlook completely by making a young film. He also assures that Nadeem is talented and he will surely work with him again.
